The main advantage of Mondial Relay is that it will cost you less, but that does not mean that the service will be less good!
If you are sure that you will not be at home during delivery, Mondial Relay offers you the assurance of keeping your package warm directly at the relay point you have chosen. (The relay point is chosen after payment). Whereas with Colissimo, the postman will have time to try in vain to slip your parcel into your mailbox, to handle it, before finally dropping it off at the post office.
Colissimo via La Poste you know. Delivery is made directly to your home but if you are absent you will have to pick up your package at the nearest post office.
If you do not pick up your packages, they will be returned to us. We keep them and await your instructions. If you wish to be reimbursed, we will then deduct the shipping costs. If you want a second shipment you will have to pay the costs of the second shipment...
