🐟A little word about crustaceans
Shrimp holes are well-kept family secrets passed down from generation to generation. The best thing is to go fishing for them at night using a "scale" and a headlamp. This ancestral technique consists of placing a circular net 1m in diameter in a water hole at low tide with a juicy fish head at the bottom. The shrimps pounce on it but at night other predators like the conger eel or the large curry combs will not hesitate to bite into it either...
